Stockdales has a strong reputation for providing excellent person centred care and support to children and adults with learning and physical disabilities.
In our four houses, Ashton, Harboro, Hayling and Headonhey, we provide residential care to people with very complex health needs and who require 24 hour personal support. We work hard to ensure everybody lives life to the full and make the most of every day.
Our Lifeskills service offers day support to young people and adults with learning disabilities. We help them to develop their confidence and independent living skills through a wide range of educational, recreational and social activities.
Stockdales main purpose is to offer opportunities, excitement and new experiences that help people with disabilities to live rewarding and dignified lives. We offer the highest standards of care and support so that people with disabilities can make their mark on the world and are valued as equal members of society.
Through our care and support we respect individual rights and choices as we work carefully to make sure everyone has equal opportunities. We provide a very supportive environment, helping people with disabilities to have positive life experiences and achieve their potential.
We have positive and productive relationships with parents, carers, professional and placing authorities. Our services are regulated by statutory bodies such as OFSTED and CQC.
