Finance

We own four large properties with very special facilities and equipment; employ over 100 staff and run two specialist minibuses and a specially adapted car. It is essential, therefore, that our finances are managed with great care and probity. Running expenses are over £120,000 per month, a large proportion in care staff wages.

Staff are paid weekly whilst local authorities can take 45 days to pay. Careful financial management is essential to ensure that we can fulfil all commitments to our residents, their families, carers, staff, healthcare professionals and suppliers.
