The Great Stockdales Bake Off

Everyone in our Tuesday cookery session is really excited that we are running our very own bake off challenge!

Over the next 6 weeks the group will be taking on a number of cooking challenges which will be marked by a different guest judge each week. The two teams work to a seperate recipe and the results are marked on flavour and presentation.

The first challenge was cheese and onion pie. Even though we had a few tears from peeling all the onions, the pies went down a real treat with guest judge Angie Walsh.

Angie complemented both teams on their presentation style, but in the end the winners just sneaked the lead on the taste of their delicious pie.
