End of Summer Party

If you know Stockdales, you’ll know we like a good party. So that’s what we did to celebrate the wonderful summer we’ve just had. We take a break from our usual activities so we can do our summer programme. So, we were officially in holiday mode come the end of July doing stuff locally as well as days out to the seaside and other places of interest. And the people we support love it as they like getting out and about and taking a break from they normally do.

The end of summer party sees everyone get together with their mates. It’s an all day event with a disco, games, art and craft, lots of lovely food and plenty of dressing up in fancy dress. And it’s non-stop from start to finish! You can see for yourself by taking a look at the photos here!

We’re back to our regular sessions as from today and everyone is in fine form, refreshed from the break. And we have plenty of extras to look forward to including our Autumn weekend programme and Christmas…….that will be here before we know it!
