The Square Shopping Centre Keeping It Local

Customers of the Square Shopping Centre have helped to raise £582.00 for local disability charity, Stockdales. Every year, the centre has a Christmas grotto and display in which customers can make their donations. The management company also very kindly arranges for chocolates to be given out to those who visit the shopping centre.

Centre manager, Diane Smith said, “Keep it local is very much our motto at the Square and Stockdales has been a part of Sale for many years. The Square Shopping Centre is very aware of the wonderful work carried out there and was proud to choose them as our Charity for Xmas 2013. Visitors to the Shopping Centre are always extremely generous when visiting our Christmas Tableau and they didn’t disappoint us this year.”

Natalie James, fundraising manager at Stockdales said, “We’d like to say a big thank you to the Square for choosing to support Stockdales this time. It really means a lot to us and the people we help. Special thanks also goes to the Centre’s very generous customers. We were thrilled to be presented with such a large amount. Thank you!
