We’re lucky to have the support of our Trustees who give their time freely to help with the smooth running of the charity. Our Trustees come from different backgrounds and bring a wealth of experience to Stockdales. We’re proud to count on people from business, health and social care and education to help guide us. Take a look below at our Trustee profiles to find out more about them and how they help us.

Why do they do it?

“I’m proud to be Chair of Trustees of a charity that always recognises ability not disability. I’m fortunate to have time to give back to the local community to help support and impact the lives of so many deserving people.”

Nigel Mather, Chair of the Trustees

            Marathon in a Month

Being active and getting out and about at Stockdales is standard at Stockdales and something we do every day. So, we came up with an activity for each of our services to do…… a sponsored ‘Marathon in Month’ and a total of a staggering 157.2 miles. The challenge was on! The miles could be clocked up any way – going out for a walk long or short, going to the shops, trips out for the day and in our Community Services sessions. Anything with steps included counted!
