We offer an extensive programme of educational and social activities. These encourage people to make the very most of their skills and independence whilst helping to grow their confidence and friendships at the same.

We offer a huge choice of classes and activities including literacy, numeracy, ICT, independent living skills, allotment growing, yoga, cookery, drama, art and dance, music and running a cafe. Regular highlights include one of a kind drama productions with creative storylines devised in-house and the smells that come from the cookery sessions are rather sensational!

We help people with the social stuff too, because that’s so important for their wellbeing. Our evening social clubs, weekend events and days out are very popular. People spend time with their friends whilst forming new friendships at festivals, camping, and going to places of interest locally and further afield.
