A Hole Lot of Fun!
We held our annual golf day recently at Sale Golf Club. The event was sponsored again by E-Foods Ltd, and raised a magnificent £12,455.00!! The competition was won by Sale based company, Intelligent Controls.
Fifteen teams took to the course at our 6th golf day to play against each other in the competition and Beat the Pro round. Following the competition, there was an evening of entertainment from award-winning comedian, Gary Marshall. A raffle and auction were also held to help boost the charity’s fundraising.
Thankfully we didn’t have to worry about the weather this year. We picked a good day with pleasant conditions to be out on the course. Once again, we’re delighted with the result and the generosity of everyone involved. This is an excellent sum of money to raise and will help us with our work supporting local people.
