Samba or Rumba?

Our guests certainly did their fair share of dancing at our recent Autumn Ball. We held the Rio Carnival themed event at the beautiful Radisson Edwardian, Manchester. The evening raised £15,813.79 for Stockdales, which is amazing!

170 guests were treated to a lively night of all things Rio. Our carnival dancers greeted people as they arrived and again during dinner. Host Darren Proctor got the audience going throughout the evening with Heads and Tails, Raffle, Luxury Hamper Draw and Auction all offering fabulous prizes for our guests to win.

After the auction, the band Stax of Soul filled the dance floor with their fabulous covers of all time classics. The DJ set afterwards saw people partying into the the early hours. Just how it should be! You can see just how good the event was by taking a look at the photos here.
