Did you know that Stockdales have our very own award-winning allotment at Warslow Drive in Sale?
Every week, our Community Services group visit the allotment and work hard to grow vegetables, plants and herbs. This is definitely one of our favourite activities, especially when the weather is nice!
Not only is tending to the allotment lots of exercise and fun in the outdoors, it’s a great way for people to make new friends and be an active part of our local community. The vegetables, herbs and flowers grown are brought back to Stockdales and used in our groups and residential homes.
There is nothing better to eat, than something that’s been grown with so much love and care!
