Farewell to Wendy Carstairs

We were sad to hear about the recent death of our friend and past Trustee, Wendy Carstairs. Our thoughts are with her family and friends as we feel the world has lost a remarkable lady.

Wendy was such fun to be around and helped Stockdales massively over the years. She was on our Board of Trustees for many years until retiring in 2015. As a successful local businesswoman, Wendy helped to take our fundraising to new heights by introducing her contacts to us. She also helped to raise money for us by holding several amazing fashion shows.

We remember Wendy so fondly and as the life and soul of the party. She will always have a special place in our hearts.
