Another Golf Day success!
We couldn’t have picked a better day for this year’s Golf Day at Sale Golf Club and generously sponsored by Paul Mizen of E-Foods Ltd. Our teams enjoyed a fabulous day in the most glorious sunshine. After registration and lunch, they headed out to take part in the competitions and show off their skills. There were plenty of opportunities to win with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in the overall competition, Beat the Pro, Nearest the Pin and Straightest Drive. Massive congratulations and well done to sponsor E-Foods Ltd for winning the competition. And to all the other winners for their amazing achievements!
After a day out on the course, our golfers settled into an evening of lovely food, entertainment by comedian, Gary Marshall and fundraising with a raffle and auction. We’re delighted the day raised £4,455 for Stockdales, which is fantastic. This wouldn’t have been possible without the kind support of our sponsor, golfers and donors. A big thanks to you all! Thanks also to our friends at Sale Golf Club for looking after us and making sure the day was a success too. It means so much to everyone at Stockdales!
